Provide a PDB structure and choose how to represent its proteins, nucleic acids, and small molecules, getting back webAR sessions ready to use with a cube marker or in your space without markers. Useful to quickly build AR views from atomic coordinates.
Build from 3D object
Upload your own 3D objects created in VMD and receive webAR sessions ready to use with a cube marker or in your space without markers. Useful to see in AR scenes that include isosurfaces from cryoEM maps or orbital calculations as well as any other complex representations not handled by "Build from PDB"

Please add a title for your project and an email address. We will send
you the link of the AR experience once it's ready.
We will not store your email address and it will only be used to send
you the link of your project.
I understand that the provided files need to be uploaded and processed in our servers, and that they must be retained there for the AR and VR tools to work. I also understand that the files might be erased after some time (note you can download everything on the email you will receive).
I consent that the AR and VR scenes produced by the server can be used by its developers for education and promotion of the tool. Not accepting this still enables you to use the tool, but we'll know you don't want us to use your scenes.
